Sculptural Textile Necklaces

Hand crafted from ribbon, stone and wood

Exuberant necklaces for the spirited woman!

Their structure is derived from the crepe paper party garlands we made as kids. And their hues interpret the world around me in terms of pure color.

I find design inspiration everywhere. Many of my pieces are odes to remarkable sights and favorite places. Almost all reference nature, with colors that reflect the earthy warmth of stone, bark and spices; the crisp, clear hues of sea and sky; and the rich lushness of berries and blossoms.

A novel and exuberant accessory can kindle smiles and start conversations. It’s a way of introducing ourselves to the outside world. My necklaces offer a vibrant new vocabulary for self-expression.

Inspired by this rose-garlanded slate house in Germany.
